"The 5 Tibetan Rites"

The 5 Tibetan Rites are 5 super yoga exercises with an effect on the whole body: they strengthen, activate and stretch your muscles, stimulate your circulation and even stabilise your hormone system. We can’t guarantee that they’ll enable to you to live to one hundred. But what we do know is that you’re sure to feel better. Stronger. More confident. Fresher. More in harmony. More energetic. So that you feel some benefit throughout the day, we start our 5 Tibetan Rites with the first wake-up call. Suitable for all ages and ability levels.

Saluting the sun

Our earth revolves around the sun. The sun means energy and warmth, internally and externally. Bring the sun into your life! The sun salutation (Sanskrit: Surya Namaskar) consists of 12 asanas (postures) which are repeated several times in a dynamic sequence. The sun salutation really warms you up and gets the circulation going.  For full physical and mental power all day long!

Hatha-Yoga

Balance is an essential component of finding your centre. Sometimes everything in life feels wobbly or unstable – and this is where Hatha yoga is just the ticket. Hatha stands for power, endurance and energy and is a form of yoga in which a balance is sought between body and spirit through physical postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayamas). Achieve your equilibrium through invigorating exercises and feel yourself become more stable in your centre!

YIN Yoga

Yin yoga is a form of yoga in which postures are held for much longer. Why? So that blocked energy channels are released. Gently. Smoothly. Through intensive stretching and careful movements your body becomes more supple, making it feel younger, purer and more profound.  Tensions can finally be released and your breath flows through you, providing inner tranquility and relaxation.  Let go of your stress. Enjoy stretching! Breathe freely!
This form of yoga is especially beneficial when the weather is chilly.

CHAKRA Yoga

Our body has seven energy centres, the chakras. Chakra yoga focuses on your inner blockages and the salutary energy in your chakras. What does you good? What do you need at the moment? Which chakra requires particular attention so that your energy levels are fully restored? Specific exercises activate all your centres. Feel your body activate itself and how the energy is able to flow from deep within you again. Find what you are lacking and replenish your energy levels with our full charge of concentration on your chakras!
