Petra Brunner & Thomas Radzik

Petra completed her training as a chef at the Alte Post in Schladming before taking up a position in the patisserie of the Konditorei Schatz confectionery store in Salzburg. Thereafter she spent time working in Arlberg, Ischgl, Carinthia and Switzerland. She then returned to the Obauer brothers in Werfen as head patissier, giving her the possibility of spending time in the kitchens of “Tantris” in Munich, with Wolfgang Puck in Los Angeles and at the Hotel Manderin Oriental in Manila, where she cooked for Austrian weeks. The call of home then became strong again and Petra Brunner returned to her parents’ traditional guest house, which she took over in 2011.

Thomas Radzik studied percussion and played in numerous bands. He is a music school teacher and at the Stadthotel brunner his responsibilities include organising concerts and the overall music concept. Upon request he will create a completely personal play list for your stay with us. Together they are realising their own hotel dream with the Stadthotel brunner and provide you with a space to feel good, relax and make yourself at home.
