General booking conditions<\/h4>\n

Our cancellation conditions for the winter \u2013 carefree holidays:
\n<\/strong>Free rebooking\/cancellation is possible up to 28 days before arrival
\nFor cancellations 27 to 21 days before arrival we charge 30 % of the room rate
\nFor cancellations 20 to 14 days before arrival we charge 50 % of the room rate
\nFor cancellations 13 to 7 days before arrival we charge 70 % of the room rate
\nIn case of cancellation 6 days or less before arrival or in case of no-show, 90 % of the total price will be charged.<\/p>\n

Our cancellation conditions for the summer \u2013 carefree holidays:<\/strong>
\nFree rebooking\/cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival
\nFor cancellations 20 to 14 days before arrival we charge 30 % of the room rate
\nFor cancellations 13 to 7 days before arrival we charge 50 % of the room rate

For bookings made by groups or through travel portals and travel agencies, these cancellation policies do not apply. The cancellation policies published there apply. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with European travel insurance<\/a><\/p>\n
