General booking conditions
Our cancellation conditions for the winter – carefree holidays:
Free rebooking/cancellation is possible up to 28 days before arrival
For cancellations 27 to 21 days before arrival we charge 30 % of the room rate
For cancellations 20 to 14 days before arrival we charge 50 % of the room rate
For cancellations 13 to 7 days before arrival we charge 70 % of the room rate
In case of cancellation 6 days or less before arrival or in case of no-show, 90 % of the total price will be charged.
